The keepers, Calla's masters are interested in him and want him protected and put Calla in charge of his safety. Together they find the secrets behind the keepers and their history. In the end where will their allegiance lie? Throughout the story Calla falls for the human boy but also can not forget Ren. I loved this book it gave me chills and I stayed up until 1 am reading it. Calla is a strong heroine who has to decide between love and her pack... can't wait for the next book!!!
